Dinner club
Every few months, we come together at a good restaurant with everyone who feels like joining. No obligations, just good food and great conversations. Working together for better food also means simply enjoying good food together.
Our clubhouse
It’s more than just an office. It’s a place to brainstorm with colleagues, celebrate successes, and shape strategy together. Everyone plays a part, contributing to both the vibe and the success we create as a team.

We believe it’s important that new changemakers truly get to know what drives us: our mission, our values, and our way of working. Just as important is that they feel welcome and right at home.
Singelloop
Movement isn’t just part of the food world, it’s part of us too. Every year, we run together as a team in the Singelloop in Breda. Some aim for a fast time, others run just for fun.
End-of-week drinks
Every Friday, we gather at the bar in our kitchen. No work, just a drink, some snacks, and good vibes. The perfect way to wind down the week together.
Wheel of change
Every team sets its goals at the start of the year, and they’re displayed on a board in our office. Once a goal is reached, it’s time to spin the Wheel of Change! From cake to plants, donations, or even a conga line through the office. Every spin is a celebration.
Inspiration
We believe in continuous learning, growing, and thinking. That’s why we regularly organize inspiration sessions, guest speakers, or other moments that spark new ideas. Not through a fixed program, but in a way that reflects who we are: curious, open, and always in motion.
Christmas party
We wrap up the year with a festive Christmas dinner and a party to celebrate in style. It’s a moment to reflect on what we’ve achieved together and simply enjoy being with the whole team.
Extra day off
Every year, you receive an extra day off to volunteer for a cause you care about. Whether you help out in a community garden, cook for people without a home, or clean up a beach, your effort matters. Together, we make an impact beyond work.
Impact on the beach
Every two years, when the beach turns into a hub for impact-makers, we’re there. Diving into inspiring tipi sessions, meaningful talks, and great food. A day full of fresh ideas and new energy.
